Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. With Hopsy you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on 'Billing' in the app to change your plan.
Do I need my credit card when I sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Hopsy for 30 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, you will need to pick a plan and enter your details.
How can I pay for Hopsy?
You can sign up by credit card via the hopsy app once your free trial ends. For large customers we would discuss with you an invoice payment.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you are free to cancel at anytime. Your subscription will not be automatically renewed after cancellation.
Where is my data held? Is it secure?
We take data security very seriously at Hopsy. All data is stored in the European Union, in line with GDPR designed to protect the privacy and protection of all personal data.
How do users and permissions work?
